Rei was my first experience of a character with ‘that’ sorta personality. Blandly enchanting without being boring. She is quite different in the latest movies, but this hasn’t detracted from her appeal. In fact, I’m glad she’s finally found happiness and a way to express it. Looking forward to Quickening!
